I want to remind you that there is a term these days called “Alternative Shopping” (AS).  Is defined as a person purposely choosing to shop with smaller businesses oppose to the larger chain stores like, Wal-Mart, Target, J.C.Penny, Marshall’s or the big malls where you will spend an exorbitant amount of money.

Alternative Shopping allows you to explore your options with the smaller businesses like,,,, where you can find items such as clothing, jewelry, accessories, scents, soaps, embroidery, and many other things that are made with love, warmth and attention.

Alternative shopping also allows you to support the Moms-and-Pops, so-to-speak, type of stores who are actually the heartbeat of the economy in this country. Shopping with small businesses causes you to causes you to save money and time. You do not have to worry about hassling with the pushing and shoving from the crowds that often gather at the big stores with no regard for their fellow person’s health and well-being.

This is especially the time of the year where it will be helpful for you to shop with small businesses and get your money’s worth. Do not forget to take part in small Business Saturday on the 24th of November.

Get ahead of the game and shop early. Don’t wait until the last-minute when it’s usually too late.
